I'm home, for a few weeks, that's enough. People have their life here, they are happy to see me yes, but they have their routine. So, I arrived yesterday in Quebec city. I left Saskatoon around 12:00, got on the plane with a delicious egg sandwich made with love by Josiane, two letters from my friends and many tears. I miss them already. Saskatoon life was creativity, happiness, sharing, I really have to continue spreading the love wherever I'll be in the world on my journey. It's my destiny, well, when I have the energy, I have to share, its what life is all about for the moment, for me. They gave me a ride to the airport, I actually had friends, Josiane, Marie-Eve and Matty saying good bye when I got through the gates, wow, how sweet! I don't want anymore friends who do that, it's too sad, really. I miss them, I miss what we had, this symbiosis, this connection, this amazing close friendship I never had nor experienced before.
As I said I got in Quebec city with 2 hours of sleep from the night (morning) before, it was quite an heavy night last saturday. Had loads of fun with friends. I was mystified and pretty much culturally shocked to hear French everywhere. I am used to live my everyday life in an English environment, with a French work environment but now here everything is in French, thats it! Well, I had two friends form BC who visited the city with me today (I used to be a tour guide and lived in Quebec city for 23 years) so I toured with them under the rian in English. It was good to see beautiful Quebec city again, I never get bored of its charming feeling and beautiful views. SO yes, English was still part of the everyday life, even right now, I express myself in English after all!
Well, first day visiting home was good, nothing has changed, everything is the same, people are the same, same ol' Quebec city...
